Where does your Garden Grow? 2008

Based on removable graffiti, these pots encourage people to change their surroundings by interacting with and changing the aesthetics of their environment.

Designed to be stuck onto any surface, the pots allow the user to choose where they are placed but are completely removable if they pose a problem.

They also focus on reminding people about eco-issues by being made from paper pulp and promoting plants in the city.

den[Tables] 2008

These outdoor tables, designed for a one day European Coil Coating Association competition, use coated steel to provide children with a changeable play space and adults with a flexible outdoor surface.

The design allows for efficient manufacture as it fits well on a sheet with little wasteage. The metal would be durable but have a bright coating while the insides would be magnetised allowing for make-a-scene stick on pieces.

The Motive Behind the Meal 2008

These plates reveal the real reason you were invited for dinner! Whether you host is a partner, friend or relative you may find that this was just an opportunity to break the news.

Made from slip cast ceramic each plate has a different message stamped into the centre which is revealed when the meal is eaten and the sauce from the food pools in the indents.

The Princess, the Pirate and The Jester 2007

These simple wooden toys encourage creativity in youngsters by giving them a blank canvas to work on.

The characters are brightly coloured on one side with blackboard paint on the other, allowing children to create their own individual characters using coloured chalks.

Fairytale Vase 2007

This vase makes a feature of the usually hidden seam. Originally designed as part of the PewterLive competition, it is engraved with a hand drawn pattern to make it feel more personal and provides a more feminine approach to a material usually associated with tankards and hip-flasks.

Produced by Wentworth Pewter in Sheffield.

Building Block Lamp 2007

Based on childrens building blocks, the lamps can be arranged in different ways using magnets to conduct the power and attach the units together.
